It was so much better than I imagined. One thing I learnt from Try Kibo is that coding is hard but anyone can do it. Learning is hard but anyone can do it. That was my mantra throughout the program. I kept telling myself that it might be hard but I need to be resilient.

Ebunoluwa’s goal is to become a software engineer. She took a Python class at Kibo, and finished strong. She enjoyed connecting with different people during and after her cohort. While going on to continuously improve her skills, she is co-running ‘Tech for the Streets’, an NGO that educates public school students and rehabilitation centers occupants on relevant ICT skills to get ahead in the fast-paced world.
